19TH NATIONAL VETERANS TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP

It gives us immense pleasure to inform that the 19th National Veterans Table Tennis Championship is held from 20th Feb 2012 at Indoor Hall of Paljor Stadium. The various categories that are being pleyd are as under: 1. Men‘s Singles:40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60-64 yeas;65-70 years and 70+ years, 75+ 2. Women’s Singles: 40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60 + years 3. Men’s Doubles: 40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60-64 years and 65+ years and 70+ 4. Women’s Doubles: 40-49 years; 50-59 years; 60 +years and 65+years 5. Mixed Doubles: 40-49 years; 50-59 years, 60+ years The team championship was started on 20th Feb 2012 and 38 teams participated. The team championships were played in league cum knock out basis. In the finals of the team championship held on 21 Feb from 2pm onwards, the results of the seven finals are as given. The prize distribution ceremony was held at 7.00 pm and Shri. S.D Negi (IPS), Additional Director General of Police, Govt. of Sikkim was the Chief Guest.
