RAILWAYS EMERGENCY QUOTA
The Home Department has Emergency Quotas in trains for journey from New Jalpaiguri onwards.
The emergency quota is released 2 days before the date of journey. The priority is given to persons/patients referred for treatment outside Sikkim and Government servants travelling on duty/training.
Besides the qutoas given below, the Home Department has quota of 2 seats in IC879 Indian Airlines flight to New Delhi and 1 seat in Indian Airlines flight to Calcutta from Bagdogra airport
